The mission of the Wilson and Carol Trueblood Performing Arts Center, TPAC, is to provide and maintain a public facility in which creativity may flourish and to encourage public participation in education and entertainment for the residents and visitors to Washington Island. The TPAC, a nonprofit organization exists thanks to a generous bequest from the Ruth and Wilson Trueblood estate and the donation of five acres of land by Arni and Mary Richter.
